Summer spotlight 2020 point not given

i too have similar problem

one game i purchased over a week ago via the Xbox One dashboard directly from the summer spotlight sale has not counted towards my total.

the game in question is by Artifex Mundi and is called

Family Mysteries: Poisonous Promises.

i have seen many complaining about this and other games not counting.

if you look at TA trueachievements website forums and other site forums many are in similar situation.

if have seen people being told it doesn't count.

but if you look via Xbox dashboard the game is listed as part of the offer.

so Xbox does this game count or not

if not why is still advertised as so

this is breaking UK and EU law

simple thing good customer service make these purchases count as advertised.

what are you going to do Xbox

as twitter support ignoring people

xbox.com support is nigh impossible to raise complaint/query

getting to speak to someone same

not buying any more games till problem resolved and i know many feel same way.

sort it out!!

people should list what games are not being credited and also raise tickets with xbox.com once they get loads of complaints it can't be ignored.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support.

Support will post back about the summer spotlight offer, but keep in mind for the punchcard those credits won't be given until after all 3 games have been released.

it should be processed shortly for Rewarding. While there was a delay in our purchase data on the second of this month, this should not affect you negatively, and you should see this offer completed some time tonight or early tomorrow.
