i bought resident evil 4 and worms w.m.d and got no credit twards the rewards for buying

I got an email saying we get 4000 rewards credits for buying summer games. And Fortnite was one of them. I bought the 80$ edition a couple days ago and I'm not eligible for the rewards now?

The Summer Spotlight was not eligible for your region. Please be sure to browse the MyMissions page in your region's locale so that you only see offers that are eligible for your region. You can do so from the Change Region button in the lower left of the
Rewards website.

The Credits for that offer are currently pending in your account. For future reference, you can see a complete log of all your Credit and deposit activity from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000
or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards
page.
