Suggestions for cloud functionality

Not sure if this is the best heading for such a topic, but I have some serious suggestions for optimizing cloud saving and general backup functionality.

In regards to my other post, losing a 600+ hour save due to a power outage corrupting a game save mid save both locally and on the cloud simultaneously. On the forums of that game’s developers, another user cited some aspects of cloud saving on another major
console. Any one of these would be a boon and could have prevented my experience:

-DO NOT backup to the cloud in real time. Perhaps a 24 hour delay.

-allow multiple cloud backups of a game save and/or the ability to roll back to a previous version.

-menu option to adjust the intervals when the cloud saves or disable or set to manual entirely

-verifying a game save is NOT corrupted prior to overwriting the previous cloud save

On a side note, this ALSO would have been avoided if I could still back up to memory sticks like we use to. It’s asinine that I need a 100+gb dedicated hard drive to back up a side single 30mb file. Bring this function back!

Functionality feature suggestions.

1). Bring back the Xbox Guide Menu to quickly view messages, and online friends. Try to implement it with the Xbox Button or the menu button on the controller

2). Bring back notifications for when a friend gets online and when someone sends a message.

3). Allow us to customize the background color of Home Screen, to me, black just makes it seem depressing.

4). Allow for a settings tab. For some people it would be easier, it took me a while to find it for the first time.
