    Suggestion to have option to change club privacy


    Hi, I have an xbox club with a decent amount of members, only problem is that the club is private which is making growing the club a bit more difficult because game clips that are shared in the club are unable to be featured in the official club.

    The suggestion that I am making is getting the ability to make a private club into a public club, the feature to change a public club private exists, but when this is done it can not be reversed. In order to make the club public I will need to delete the current club and make a new one that is public. This is a problem because I will lose all the members and possibly the clubs name because someone can take it in between the time when the club is deleted and the new one is being made.

    I have discussed with a Microsoft agent and they told me to make a post on the forums since this feature does not exist presently and a post will help bring attention to higher ups. I was then told by some people to make a post here because it has a better chance of being seen and action taken on it.

    I'm sure that their are many people with the same issue as me and looking for this change.

    Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

    So I tried to join a club in Forza horizon 4 and it said I have to change my privacy settings and when I went and changed the allow to join clubs etc option it said this (An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.) and I've been trying for quite
    sometime now. So could you guys help I really want to join a club.

    Can't accept invite to club

    It still wont let me accept the invite. I have the create/join clubs option selected as allow when I go to my xbox account settings, but when I go to my xbox clubs page and click accept it says that I need to change my privacy settings.

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with not being able to join a club. At this point
    we have noticed a lot of club related issues regarding Forza horizon 4. It's possible that your privacy settings need a quick refresh. For example, go into your privacy settings to toggle your club/social settings from "Allowed" to "Not allowed" and then back
    to "allowed".

    Have you tried to manage Online safety
    or Privacy settings on your profile?
