    Suggestion for the Report a Problem feature


    So whenever you have an issue you are supposed to hold the Xbox button and select report a problem, thats great and all but what if the controller itself is the issue? With this new Series X I'm having issues with the controller losing sync and unable to reconnect until I do a full restart so the only way I can control the console is using the mobile app to remote control it but in the app it won't register the hold function of the Xbox button so my suggestion is allow users to report a problem via the new report a problem app, I think you should not be limited to only one way of reporting a problem especially since things can break its nice to have a redundancy.

    -I have already reported that issue of losing sync this is just for future reference

    I think there is a problem with that feature since launch. I suggest you to contact xbox support in order to report this issue.

    Hi oo shizzy oo,, I would suggest reporting this via Xbox App Beta using the "report a problem and indicating a feature request regarding what you mentioned. No guarantee's if such a feature would be applied but feedback is always appreciated.

    This really needs fixing asap. Just because I live in Holland, I would have to set the language to Dutch, therefore disabling Kinnect voice commands which I use regularly.

    If you have tried all of the available troubleshooting steps here and provided by customer support, then I suggest reporting this problem to Xbox by launching the

    Report a problem feature from the Xbox insider Hub app    . It allows to you to report a new problem or select one from the list of known issues. It has a section to include screenshots or videos of the issue to assist with investigating the issue.

    This will be the best course of action if the belief is that it's related to a system update. I also suggest trying a factory reset to your Xbox a few times in case it keeps downloading a corrupt system update.
