    Sudoku Freezes During Game


    Sudoku keeps freezing up. Have to "X" out than come back in to pick up where I left off. Also noticed white streaks going across the page during the game. System: Acer Aspire using Windows 10.

    microsoft jigsaw and sudoku

    these two games randomly freeze during daily challenges. this has been going on for weeks. Sudoku in play sound not as good as it was. please try and fix Microsoft.

    Sudoku Freezing

    There is an ad on Sudoku that does not load, only shows white box. During this time (which is several seconds) the game cannot be played as the grid freezes. The clock continues to count, but no boxes can be filled in.

    Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw freeze up

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
    to continue using it.

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!
