suddently problems with performans games

What are your hardware specs?
Are you using windows 10 or 11?
Do you know if your windows system, app or hardware component received recently an update?
What do you mean exactly by "all memories are cleared"? I mean, cleared in that way?
The games are from steam? Or where did you downloaded the games?

And besides the things described in your post, did you tried something else or that's all?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

I’d recommend you keep it on if you want the best performan e, but if you want a more stable performance, go to 50 Hz.

Have these games worked before? Have all of them suddently stopped working?
