    Suddenly I can't save games with 100s of GB of space in ALL games on XBSX


    Xbox you really need to look into this or give the consumer a legitimate response as to why this happening. This is now the 7th maybe 8th time I've dealt with this. The Xbox suddenly decides it has no storage for saved games. I can't even play the new Cyberpunk expansion cause the game straight up tells me when I boot it up, it can not save the game. Starfield I am slowly getting to not being able to have any saves it drops day after day. The ONLY FIX is to clear all local data and pray you get all of it back. That's only one hurdle what this also does is delete all mods which a is HUGE GIGANTIC pain. I have 2 XBSXs in this house one does it one don't. Same games same saves same everything just about except the one that don't do this actually has more stuff on it cause it's the one I share with my son. I'm literally using my warranty tomorrow and we shall see if this is somehow hardware related in some weird unexplainable way. You can't expect us to wipe all our saved data and mods every month to game on your console. Xbox has been my most played console since the OG Xbox. This is crazy though I can't even get into how many Skyrim and Fallout 4 saves I've lost because I can't find the mods again and it tanks the saves. We need a actual fix to this problem with a explanation attached.

    I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your game saves. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

    We just want to set your proper expectations that saved games really do not take a lot of spaces in regards to save it locally, and as well as the one that is coping up space on your Xbox Console is the specific game itself since games has a lot more storage to take rather than game saves. And for this, if issue do still persist, there might be possibilities that this may land to a network connectivity issue on your Xbox Console.

    Here at Xbox, we as a gamer ourselves we do test our network speed as well since that is one requirement as well on playing games, saved games and other more needed capabilities for your Xbox Console. Meaning, there is a minimum requirement on the Xbox Support article which is you can click here: Troubleshoot your network connection speed. In this article it shows that the minimum requirements is for 3mbps of download speed. But as a gamer and since internet is very reliable. What we can recommend is more than 15 to 30mbps since if it is below that there is some instances that you may encounter game saves and as well as slow performance on your Xbox Console since it is as well dependent on network connectivity.

    For now, it is very much appreciated if you share to us the storage of both of your Xbox Series X console and if you can attach a photo here that will be also a good thing, for us to see and check what is the data that is coping up space on your Xbox Console.

    We do understand that you have been dealing with this for quite some time now and I can feel you as well since we are a gamer ourselves as well and as a gamer we do really want to get back to gaming smoothly without any issues on our way.     13,8 GB total HDD (of 20GB HDD premium), how big is the 360 software?

    These 6 GBs are somewhere I don't know. I can't see these 6 GB being used for saves, game profiles or updates, they just aren´t there. Currently I am using 9,6 GB for games and videos ect and Iam having 4,2 GB free disc space.

    ive tried all this, all my games take up combined local save space of 20mb i need 370mb, as for regular storage it says 95.4 gb is free, its not just. cyberpunk issue, its across any game i try to save
