    Suddenly can not play Minecraft


    I bought my minecraft account on July, and I login with Microsoft account not Mojang

    I played 3 months and it's normal.

    but one day, I can not play Minecraft because it says I haven't bought a Minecraft account so I only can play demo version.

    My account name is Jinny5858. Please help me

    okay so this is the continuation of the previos discussion i started, i had an exam so i coulnt respond in 72 hours, long story short, my minecraft account got hacked and i want it back..

    actually, my microsoft account is still there, but when i opened my minecraft launcher it said get minecraft which is very odd, then i found out that my minecraft was suddenly gone from my account, i have proof that i bought it, can i get it back by some verifications or something. I still have my microsoft account but that account dosent have minecraft...

    After 6 plus tries suddenly it opened and her world showed back up. It looks like we can try resetting my son's ipad as his data was backed up to to icloud for minecraft.
