    Witam, mam mały problem miesiąc temu zamówiłem subskrypcję Xbox Game Pass Ultimate za 4 zł w promocji dnia wczorajszego czyli 20.07.2020 r. skończył mi się miesiąc i dziś dnia 21.07.2020 r. automatycznie pobrało mi z konta 54,99 zł zapomniałem anulować subskrypcję
    i czy mógłbym dostać zwrot pieniędzy na konto ? proszę o szybką odpowiedź

    Hi Zonixx,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to cancel a subscription. When cancelling a subscription, you need to turn off the auto renew first. If you cancel the subscription most times it auto refunds the charge if recently charged.
    Once that is off, then a subscription can be cancelled. Here is a guide to
    turn off recurring charge.

    Lo que pasa que cuando tienes que game Pass ultimate en tu cuenta, los meses de Xbox Live Gold o Xbox Games Pass se convierten en Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    Por eso, tu cuenta cambio los 12 mesea de Xbox Live Gold a solo 4 meses de Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. (Cuesta mas cara, que la membresía de Gold)

    If you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, your remaining Xbox Live converts into Game Pass Ultimate days. If the Game Pass Ultimate has run out you can either carry on with Game Pass Ultimate, or buy Xbox Live on its own. If you cancel Game Pass Ultimate
    you lose any pre paid Xbox Live time.
