Thanks for responding so quickly. We wouldn't have the tools here In forums to confirm whether or not you have your auto-renew turned on for re-occurring payments. You probably do have it turned on.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and cancel the auto-payment for you if that's what you want to do.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
