Subscriptions which already cancelled but still have paid for a while

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

You should be able to log into your account and go to subscriptions and cancel the subscription and receive an automatic refund for the unused portion of that subscription.

Actually, no you don't get a refund for unused days. You are canceling the payment when you cancel Game Pass, but you have already paid for that month. So you will still have Game Pass for the month you paid for, it just will not renew the next payment for
the following month. So at the end of the current month, that's when the Game Pass would stop.

We can’t cancel your subscription

You have already paid for your Xbox Game Pass for Console subscription. It will expire automatically on 4/30/2023 I tried canceling but it says this

I did cancel it - I didn't get the cancel and refund now. I've already got a charge in my bank already, and shows in paypal as well. And trying to cancel it now says "You have already paid for your PC Game Pass subscription. It will expire automatically on 2/2/2022.
