Then click on "Contact us" > Subscription and billing> Then choose I need help purchasing content> Type Refund > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

when there is an payment due issue, you will have to pay the amount owed before you can add a new subscription or pay for something else first. If you decide not to pay the amount due then you'll risk an account suspension until the payment due is sorted.

Pay for past due billing, but when I click on the 'fix it now' option nothing happens. I'm on the trashy Xbox app, because I'm on pc

1. I click join Xbox game pass

2. I press yes to the terms

3. It says you already own this. There is a past due subscription.

4. I click fix it now

5. Nothing happens

I just want to confirm, by recurring monthly billing, are you referring to the Monthly recurring Xbox subscription, is that correct?

If yes, in order to pay for your past-due subscription:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com > Services & subscriptions.

Find your past-due subscription in the list and select Pay now. Make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft account associated with the subscription that's past due.

Check your payment method. If needed, you can update your payment method(if your credit card, PayPal, or other online payment service has expired, update it with the new expiration date) or add a new payment method(if your payment option isn't valid or you want to change it, add a new way to pay). For more help, see Change your Microsoft account payment method.

Once your payment option is set, select Next to make the payment.

Note: Gift cards, subscription cards, or your Microsoft account balance can't be used to pay for a past-due subscription.
