    Subscription suspended


    Good day,

    I am receiving a message on my xbox saying that my subscription is suspended and that I have to update my payment method and make payment but that I should do it on another device.

    I however cannot access my xbox live account on another device as I cannot remember the email that I used to create it, it might have been a Hotmail address.

    I would prefer to change my billing settings on the xbox but the account settings tab and privacy settings tab are both greyed out for some reason.

    How can I go about fixing this issue as I can't connect to xbox live.

    How long does it take for a payment for a subscription to go through?

    Also, it says my game pass subscription was suspended.

    Hi Twigs1991!

    Thanks for reaching out! Since you have a suspended subscription but cannot access your account from a different device, you may wish to
    request a call back from Xbox Support directly so that they can assist you with that and get you back up and running.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
    no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    Hey there Twigs!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this dilemma. I can understand how that could muck things up. If you have an Xbox One and your gamertag is there, then I you can go to
    Settings>Account>Signup, Security & Passkey while you're signed in and you should see the email.

    You would need to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do.
    Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
