Subscription SHowing Not Active

    Does http://commerce.microsoft.com show an active subscription on your account? That website will show you all active Gold subscriptions and purchases you've made through Microsoft.

    The code shows as activated/redeemed. I have also paid full price again for a one month subscription which also shows as active. When I go into the game pass app it says NOT ACTIVE and I get redirected to the subscription options page when trying to use it.

    The subscription page shows my subscription as both cancelled and active in my microsoft account page and the next billing date is shown as two months from now.

    That's the problem, it doesn't show as an active subscription.
