    Subscription problem origin access


    Hello ,

    I recently subscribed to a source access on my xbox one I was able to launch to download the games and now when I want to launch it told me that I am not subscribe to this service that I will see in my mailbox I realize that I was to take 2 times the sum for
    2 months (1 month initially planned) is that my resiliate immediately after and my rebouser 1 only me without any action on my part. How can I take advantage of this services and can you pay for this payment problem? Thank you

    Haven't received the Origin Access code promised with the pre-order of Battlefield 1

    ok it's not origin access code it would be the ea access code

    Origin is free but not ea access. Which is the free game download serviceservice with subscription

    Origin is the matchmaking services and download server

    That being said it's usually 7-10 business days after redemption of the code

    Which since the game only came out last week meaning you still have to wait 7 dayd

    Hi

    You have mentioned Origin access in your header please be aware Origin Access is only for use on a PC and EA Access is for use on the Xbox One console. Hopefully you have not purchased the incorrect subscription.

    Original Xbox One With Lifetime Game Pass??

    That would mean the original owner left the console as their Home console which is essentially allowing you to share their subscription. You will lose access if they stop paying for the subscription or if they change their Home setting.

    Hi AngeloPB!

    Your issue is quite weird because it should actually carry over or stack with your previous subscription. It won't cancel at all unless there's an issue with your previous subscription. I would suggest contacting support to check your account further so
    they could elaborate what exactly happened!

    How can I change the EA account for EA Access purchase

    One more thing, I have contacted EA Help and they told me to turn to Microsoft Support:

    Now in this situation what you need to do is you will need to contact Microsoft Xbox for the issue that you are facing as we only support the subscription of origin access premium and origin access basic.Ea access and EA membership is been taken care by Microsoft.
