Subscription payment refund

My subscription payments have been taken out twice for months Is there anyway of contacting MICROSOFT TO SPEAK TO A PERSON?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we can't help with anything related to payment and billing in terms of refunds. The best things you can do are

1. Log in here to check your purchases, payments and subscriptions and what date the payments were made.

2. Apply for a refund here.

It can take up to 72 hours for your refund to be looked over and either approved or rejected.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing and Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

Make sure you have auto-renew turned off. Go to settings > account > subscriptions > turn off auto-renew.
