    Hi!

    So i renewed my subscription the 9/20 at the webpage, it didn't go through to the console for some reason... Apparently they had some issues with xbox live or something.

    I haven't tried to play online until today and i still got the same **** problem! And when i check the xbox live homepage, they still have the same exact issue! In the setting/subrcriptions it tells me that my membership expired 8/8/17 even tho i renewed
    it 9/20

    Trying to re new good subscription in uk runs thru till payment then says something wrong your end try again later tried cold reset ,cache clear and going thru website store same response any ideas

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it looks like you're trying to renew your subscription to solitaire premium. If it's currently not working thru that web browser have you tried going thru a different one? As well are you trying to make the
    purchase thru your phone/PC/Laptop? Please let us know so we may further assist you.

    HBO GO APP

    HBO GO is pointless for me. You have to have a subscription through your cable or satellite provider in order to take advantage of it. Heaven forbid that they would allow you to get a subscription thru HBO GO alone.

    HBO to Go and Xfinity APP.

    I am so agitated that Microsoft flat out lied to me.

    I'm patiently waiting for HBO Go and am now hearing that deals between the two companies 'may have fallen thru.'

    Meanwhile, I've burned thru 25% of my XBOX Live subscription which I only renewed bc HBO was supposedly included.

    How something like this can 'fall thru' baffles me. Microsoft should at least make a statement about the status of the HBO and Xfinity apps before they lose even more credibility and respect.
