    I have recently renewed my subscription to ea access but when I access the app it say I need to buy a subscription to use the features. when I access the my account tab its say my subscription is inactive but when I access my account subscription vis the
    Xbox one settings it say I have an active subscription and need to renew next year. I have resent my Xbox and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. can any one help?

    Hi JimboJambo86!

    onyx62is is right. The free trial offer to play fifa 16 have already ended months ago. But if you have an EA access subscription. You could download the and play the game by going to the EA vault through the EA access app. But you need to have an active
    EA subscription. If you said that you have an inactive EA subscription.

    I would suggest contacting chat support so they could check and confirm if your EA access subscription is still active or temporarily suspended(maybe due to billing issues). EA support have nothing to do with EA subscription. They will just direct you back
    to contact Xbox Support. All subscriptions are handled by Xbox support. Unless the subscription is bought through a third party website.

    To check, does your subscription show up as paid over on
    account.microsoft.com
    ? If everything is look squared away there let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support to see why your subscription isn't showing as active on your account.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hey Kaid, I just called Xbox support and they had me delete the app and reinstall it again. So from the dashboard I hit the start button while EA access was highlighted. From the next screen that popped up in choose "manage app" once it took me to the next
    screen it had the options to, "copy, move, and uninstall" so I chose uninstall which didn't seem to do anything. I chose uninstall a couple more times to see if it would do something but it didn't actually like it did. So I went back to the dashboard and
    closed all my apps and when I went back to the ea access app it acted as if it were my first time there. So I chose to go to the home screen in the app and then went to "my account" and now it says my subscription is now "active" and I went to my vault games
    and they worked!! So there must be some kinda glitch in the app that doesn't update the subscription but doing this worked for me. Hope it helps you too

    since this is a billing related issue it is best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us since they are the only ones capable of handling payment/billing related issues. Be sure to check what country/region is shown in the bottom
    left corner of that page and make sure it matches your location/country.

    Hopefully they will be able to help you fix it quickly
