    Hello, I did not want to subscribe to my subscription to my XBox Game Pass but There is 3 payment to 09/05/2018 (Day of purchase and my current request) while I did not want to be charged and I do not not happen to ask for refund. Can you confirm to me that
    there was no collection and that I would have taken the sum please because I do not need the XBox Game Pass? Best regards

    Getting "This code has already been used. Please enter a code that has not been used." message and never redeemed the codes

    Also when looking at My Subscriptions an error message appears stating "There was an error when looking at My Subscriptions"

    Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

    I use a prepaid card to pay for my subscription but got an error code when trying to update my subscription. I contacted Tech support and apparently they do not accept prepaid Visa's etc. Microsoft I guess relies on the auto-renew featured a bank in for folks that forget to cancel or change subscription. Atleast my opinion. Apparently they need a bank card or credit card. I personaly don't trust banks or credit card companies for that matter. I thought about purchasing a subscription gift card. Yet a am afraid they will ask me for a credit card for auto-renew. If anyone has had this issue or have a work around let me know.

    You seem to have done the right thing and it sounds like the correct team are looking into your issue, I can understand your frustration but I'm not sure what else you can do, maybe look at your account on PC and check to see what payment options are linked
    to any subscriptions if you find that an old card is linked to amy subscription add a new payment option then remove the old one.

    Support no longer uses email. There is currently an issue with chat support, but you should be able to request a call back on the contact site instead of chat.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
    from support:



    · Step 1 ----select Xbox One

    · Step 2 ----select see other options then payment and billing

    · Step 3-----select show contact options

    Step 4 ----select request call from support
