    Hi

    I have been billed £49.99 for xbox live Gold but I cancelled this years ago and it does not show on my order history,

    The virtual assistant checked my history and it is clear but the money went out of my account 2 days ago.

    the virtual assistant then asked me to log into another account, i don't know of another account and i have only the one email address, is there a way of searching for other accounts? I have a transaction ID but i cannot find a way of speaking to a human to investigate
