    bought card a couple months ago decide put it in console say i need to contact vendor to activate it the vendor said it was already activated that needed to talk to you they could not do any thing for me since was already put into console

    Keep getting "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened." "It appears you've found a glitch in the system"

    Most likely you have a subscription on that card, you can't remove the card while a subscription is on it. If you're trying to switch to a new card you'll need to either swap the subscription over at commerce.microsoft.com, or contact support and have them
    swap the subscription for you. Once the subscription is off the card you can remove the old card.

    Your retailer is responsible for the merchandise. If they refuse to help you, that is ground to sue them.

    If the vendor tells you that the card is activated and wont give you a new one you should call the support. They need the code of the receipt and the serial of the prepaid card to validate that the card was bought and activated. Then they should be able
    to help you out.

    they want picture of proof of purchase and picture of front and back of card now have run to the store get a replacement proof of purchase because don't have it any more
