    Subscription cancellation and refund


    I’ve been wrongly charged twice for a game server rental that i cancelled over 2 months ago. I’ve double checked my subscriptions page, it says it’s cancelled and even tells me I’ve only been charged once. Yet money has been taken fromMy account 3 times for it. I need help in ensuring the subscription is properly cancelled, and demand a refund.

    You could also try to refund the subscription and purchase it again after the refund. To cancel a subscription and ask for a refund, please go to:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    - Select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.

    - Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

    - Select Cancel immediately and get a refund.

    If your subscription is eligible for a refund, you will see an option to cancel immediately with a refund. If you didn't see this option when cancelling, I'm afraid you aren't eligible for refund in this case.

    Hi Nasdw. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    You're entitled to a refund of your most recent recurring billing charge if you cancel your subscription within 30 days after payment. This refund right is limited to one time per Microsoft account, per Xbox subscription product. This means if you've refunded a recurring billing charge for Game Pass before, you aren't eligible to refund it again.

    If you're eligible for a refund, you can follow these steps to cancel the subscription:

    Sign into your account's subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Find your subscription and select Manage.

    Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. If you're eligible for a refund, you'll see an option to cancel immediately with a refund.
