    Failed attempts to pay subscription.

    As i said I spent almost an hour with the official support page (the same one you have supplied the link to) and in the end was advised to come on here as they couldn't solve the problem. The idea seemed to be that the "Higher Ups" might notice and come
    to my assistance. But all that has happened s far is that you are referring to the site that referred me to this forum. Not very helpful.

    Game pass renewal

    Hey there,

    They will need to access the subscriptions part of their account, in order to cancel the auto-renewal. Removing the card from the console won't necessarily solve the issue, as the subscription will still attempt to process, and then they'll be stuck owing
    a past due amount.
