    Hi

    I am trying to fill in the information of billing for renewal subscriptions (Xbox and EA) but I notice that Provinces of Canada are missing. Mostly it shows US states. On the Microsoft account, there is the list provinces, but not in the Xbox Live and Gold
    including EA... Please investigate this matter under the "State/Province" Box...

    Mine is set to Canada in the billing (both my region and billing address) and I still can't see Canadian provinces as a drop down on the Xbox website!

    Can't purchase xbox gold in Canada?

    I go to the xbox Canada site, my xbox is running correctly, but when I go to save my subscription information the form is not accepting my CANADIAN postal code nor my province...there is no choice for Canada or provinces. I have tried this on the xbox and
    on my computers. no luck.

    Yes, it shows as Canada on my console. Though my billing information on the console still wants me to enter what state I am from, and no provinces are listed.

    Yeah I've been told to look into my account billing information, I would be able to switch ''preferred language'' to english and thus the rest of my account. I'll try to eventually, when I'll be able to access my billing info...

    But if it's only a ''region language'' matter, there is kind of an issue here, Canada having both french and english as official languages. Half the people living in Montréal do not speak french and there are french-speaking communities in every other provinces
    of Canada..

    Same as Frothy. I've looked at the older threads with no success (region at bottom left is now Canada, XBox One thinks I'm in Canada, Microsoft account thinks I'm in Canada, ...) but the system still only provides States in the billing info where I need
    to match to provinces for the credit card. Been at this for a few hours now. I've never had some much trouble giving anybody money.
