Subscribion problem

Hi,

I subscribed to the xbox gamepass the 6 april 2018 and cancelled my subscription before the 6 may 2018. However i still got charged for the subscription the 6 may 2018, the 6 June 2018 and the 6 July 2018.

It was made automatically by Paypal.

When i check on my Microsoft account i can see that the xbox gamepass subscription stopped the 06-05-2018 and the last levy of 9.99€ was the 05-06-2018.

But i have 2 more levy

My EA access doesn't work after payment!

I've paid for EA access (annual subscribtion) with a credit card on my Xbox One console. The payment was accepted and I started downloading Fifa 17, so at the beginning everything seemed to work fine. But once I downloaded the game I just couldn't start
it. I've tried dozens of times but I can only see: 0x803f800b (1%) and they say that I should renew my subscribtion, which means paying again!

I've checked my subscribion status and it says that my EA access finished exactly on the day I paid for it, which obviously is wrong.

I've also checked my bank account and, of course, the payment was accepted. They've charged me for the EA access which I don't have. It's been a few days since I paid and I haven't been able to start Fifa 17 or any other games from the Vault. What shall
I do? Please help.

 

headset problem

well if you had something that hijacks the audio between the xbone and tv like a pvr or something (mind you it has to support audio out) then you could hook it up to that and just mute the tv whenever you played games. other then that, no not really. I know that we're getting the adaptors from microsoft for getting mic to work with the xbone in march but I dunno if that will affect the game sounds in anyway.
