    After installing Beta i cant connect to xbox live

    So for bank holiday weekend when i have no work i cant go on my xbox? because i got to wait for that forum. cant you just help me on here?

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one.

    Well first it's 3-5 business business days plus for it to get to your bank

    Ontop of that your bank has to proccess it

    Along with the holidays it's going to be delayed banks don't work on holidays

    You will just.haven't wait

    Refunds should.never relied on as payment

    You are also not entitled to a refund for any lost gold time due to enforcement action on your account.

    If you got suspended it's because you violated the ToU/CoC,not because of some 8 year old.
