    subscribed for 12 months of Xbox Gold


    I was subscribed for 12 months of Xbox Gold and I want to increase it to 24 months by add more 12 months but I can't redeem the code, msg coming is Hold off extending this right now, You've reached the limit of how far you can extend a subscription.

    'I know the limit is 36 months'

    I need help

    Try to redeem your code in all the ways that are listed in this link and that are possible for you.

    In case the system keeps telling you that it is not possible to redeem more months, I recommend you to try again in a few days and if the problem continues, try again after one month. Remember that codes do not expire.

    Also keep an eye out for any new information about accumulation limits due to the change from Live Gold to Game Pass Core, maybe there are changes coming that have not been announced yet.

    Games Pass Ultimate Subscription expires soon. What do I do?

    The current $1 promotion is only for new subscribers, so since you've already subscribed, you won't get that price.

    You can have the Ultimate subscription expire and then add 12 months of gold and still upgrade to Ultimate if you purchase a new Ultimate subscription at the regular price (so 14.99 on top of what you pay for the 12 months).

    Ok i understand your answer, but that i want it's to use my live gold before subscribe to GPU.

    Because after my 12 months live gold give me 4 months of GPU, if i can use it now , also it give me less than 12 month because the maximum is 36 months.

    it's impossible to convert code 12 months live gold in 6 months or change code again other ??

    All I want to do is have a private shooter match with my son and it seems impossible!

    You can still buy 12 month gold subscriptions as a prepaid code from other retailers, you just can't subscribe to it through Microsoft.
