I have problem with my subscription. I took free subscription for 14 days then I canceled this subscription, but yesterday money from my credit card were withdrawn for the subscription of game pass , however I didn`t offer the last one. may be I overdued
the term of free subscription , because the date of the payment is 04.10 but money were withdrawn yesterday.

Although there are games that still need some subtitles. The Witcher 2 has some parts where they speak in some Elven tongue and with the subtitles on it will have what they are saying in english.

Order History to view if there is a pending charge for Game Pass. If you have already been charged then there is the option to

Request a Refund on the subscription charge.

Hi, I have just simmilar problem again, I was charged on the 20 of october and the sub was prolonged to 10 of november, however now it isn`t working. On my page there is the information that sub is off from 3 of november. WTF???

Thanks for keeping us updated as to your situation. It sounds as if there is something going on with your subscription that requires some human help. I recommend that you
contact Xbox Support to ask them to take a look at the subscription information.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).
