    Subnautica II bugged on XBOX console


    seen several members of my community playing the game getting stuck in , earning achievements and so on

    I played the demo build and it’s still stuck as such on my console , there’s no full game option on the store , gamepass and hadn’t updated post launch (at least on my XBOX series X) (insider beta program)

    If you have attempted the above suggestions with no solutions, then I recommend you contact Subnautica support directly. We skimmed a few of their forums and it looks like this is a bug on Subnautica's end that they seem to be working on. Below is a final suggestion from a user in the Subnautica forums that solved this issue for them.

    "Press MENU on Subnautica, select manage game and add ons, go to saved data, and delete from everywhere. This fixes the sync error but you have to start a new game."

    If this solution, or any of the above solutions, do not work - then we suggest that you reach out to Subnautica support directly to report this bug. In the meantime, we will be locking this thread.

    I sincerely apologize, Zaylen. However, it is not possible to mod Subnautica on Xbox consoles since there is no official mod that supports Subnautica on Xbox consoles.

    I went to the Windows Store page and followed the links for the developer website. The forums seem to have a topic on sync issues that you might find helpful under consoles topic. It appears the Xbox version of Subnautica was just update in May, you can

    Hi, I'm not going to recommend to do a factory reset.
    Seems to be an bug with the game itself and not your console.

    In your specific case the best option is reach Activision support or report this problem to them here:

    Unfortunately there is no option to buy between platforms to use the same game on multiple devices (Xbox and steam (PC)).

    Remember that Subnautica is in the console gamepass.
