Subnatica won’t launch in the Xbox app claiming it’s a free trial?

Based on your description, you have already purchased this game and you were unable to launch it. Here are a few steps you can try:



Check your account status:

• Make sure that your Xbox account is active and that you have purchased Subnautica on that account. You can check your account status by logging into your account on this site: Microsoft account | Order history
  
• Launch Microsoft Store and Xbox app and match the accounts signed into both apps.
  

Repair Xbox app:

• We understand you have mentioned repair the files, since this is not the app that you have repaired, we will include this step.

Reset Microsoft Store:

• Clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar.

Hey,

A few things to keep in mind:

• The first account on the xbox that claims the free month will get it. If anyone else has used this console previously you might not be able to claim it.
  
• WHich ever account you accept the free trial with will be using the trial.
• A credit card, or other payment methods will need to be linked to the account to activate the trial.
  

Let us know if you are still having issues.

You can't claim the free 360 games on a trial membership if you are on one.

I feel ya buddy, if ya talking about Xbox live gold free trial that is. I got a message from Xbox Live Saying I was eligible for a free one-month trial.
