So is Microsoft unable to access the data as well? Then who can access the data which says which Microsoft account is linked to my PSN account?

I would double check your spam/junk folder for the verification codes, just in case your mail filtering is blocking them.

We take account security very seriously and have steps in place to get you back and running in case you lose access. It sounds like you're already starting this process. I would recommend checking the following article here for additional steps, including an account recovery form.

Please note that when submitting an account recovery form, it can take up to 30 days for the account to be unlocked as all information is reviewed by our security team. This is also why it is important that you try to supply as much information as possible when filling out the form to ensure we can get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Once in your account, feel free to take a minute and update the security information and add additional phone numbers or emails as needed to make sure you can get back in later if there are any additional security concerns.
