I already did all of that my account got a permanent ban, and I'm just trying to get my game back

First you can't appeal an suspension with support they have nothing to do with enforcement

Second once your acocunt is banned and year appeal is denied. You have to wait out your suspension unless indefinite

You can only appeal at Enforcement

If you are on a shared xbox console then use a different profile.

Minecraft Java Edition can be purchased from thier store page using your Microsoft Account:

And then being accessed with the (free) Minecraft Launcher on the Microsoft Store.

Both Windows and Java Editions are included with Xbox Game Pass for PC/Ultimate subscription.
