    Dear Microsoft/Xbox Support Team,

    I am writing to request a refund for a subscription I purchased due to misleading information in Grand Theft Auto V.

    I own GTA V on disc and attempted to access GTA Online. While launching the game, I received a message stating that I needed to purchase a subscription (e.g., Xbox Game Pass Core) in order to play online. Based on this information, I proceeded to purchase the subscription with my own money. However, after the payment of 29PLN was processed, I was still unable to access GTA Online.

    Given this issue, I kindly request:

    1. A refund for the amount I paid for the subscription.

    2. An explanation of why I was charged without receiving the expected service.

    Please review my request and let me know how this issue can be resolved. I appreciate your prompt assistance.

    Noted above reply also take in consideration that you if you submit a request it doesn't mean you will get the refund, policy states that digital articles are no subject of refunds unless the request is valid.

    Kindly try to double-check if the GTA Shark card would work on your Xbox One version of GTA V online in-game.

    However, if it doesn't work, In order to fix this, you will need to request a refund for the GTA shark card for the Xbox series X version by signing your account on the refund webform link:

    After submitting the request, your refund will be accommodated within 72 hours.
