    Hello,

    My account has been active since 2003, and I was an early adopter of Xbox Live. However, my "Years on Xbox" badge is only showing 11 years instead of the correct 21 years.

    I have the Gold badge showing activity from 2003–2020, and I would appreciate a review of my account to correct the tenure display.

    Shame. The years of unreal tournament and return to castle wolfenstein on Xbox Live were no match for these 11 years in that profile glitch. Seems simple to adjust by your standards but. I am just a supporter of your services Green Box.

    Keep in mind that tenure is the length of time you've had a subscription, not just the age of the account. So if you didn't have a subscription at some point, the number will not be 21 years. The system does have some hiccups so it's not always accurate though. There's no way to have it reviewed.

    The dates on the Gold badge are not account specific. Those are the years Gold was available before it was discontinued.
