Subject: Help Needed: Microsoft Account Compromised and Unable to Recover

Hi everyone,



I need some urgent help regarding my Microsoft account. Recently, my account was hacked and the email associated with it was changed. Now, when I try to access my account with my usual email, it says that the account does not exist.



I received an email notification about the email address change, which I did not initiate. However, even the email mentioned in the notification doesn't seem to work anymore, suggesting that the hackers may have changed the email multiple times.



To make matters worse, it seems that two-factor authentication has been enabled on my account by the hackers, making it even harder for me to regain access.



I tried contacting Xbox support, but they kept redirecting me to a virtual agent, which wasn't able to help with my issue. I also attempted to fill out the account recovery form, but it stated that the account does not exist.



Additionally, my Minecraft license was a gift from a friend, and I'm really worried about losing access to it.



I'm really concerned about the security of my account and the data associated with it. Can anyone advise me on what steps I should take to recover my account? Who should I contact at Microsoft for this issue, and what information should I provide to get help?
