Downloaded game not starting.

Hi, did you purchase the game on the store using an Xbox One that is or was using the preview system update ? If you are now trying to play the game on an Xbox that is not using the preview software that would explain why you're having this issue.

Games/apps etc purchased on an Xbox that is using the preview software are only available on an Xbox that is using the preview software. Your options are to enrol back into the preview or wait until the latest system update is released to everyone before
you will be able to play the game.

lost subcription for premium

After windows crashed reinstalled now no longer have my anual subcription and don't want to pay twice how can I recover my premium subcription?

Hey there.

Invites are not provided through the forum - you have to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft into the program. If you don't have any friends already in the program, you might post here -

forums.xbox.com/.../1994482.aspx - sometimes people are willing to add you as a friend for an invite.

That being said, the program has been at capacity for several months, so rates of acceptance into the program by Microsoft have been greatly reduced. Even with an invite, you may be waiting several months for the message with the download, and it may never
come - an invite is not a guarantee you'll be accepted.

Are you in the preview program as I'm not aware of the Xbox One getting a software update apart from those in the program.

Hi, were the games purchased on an Xbox One that is / was a part of the Xbox Preview program ? If so and you're trying to play the games on an Xbox One that is not a part of the preview program then you would need to wait until the next system update is
made public before you will be able to play those games on an Xbox One that isn't using the preview software.
