Subanuctica screen glitch

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work and this only happens with this game, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

still having trouble with this

i have it on 480p and i have the white, red blue, green and red cables connected to the tv. there is no port for yellow.

Hi, fistly make sure your wire from the xbox to the TV is connected properly. If that doesn't work, try hard resetting your console by holding the power button in for 6 seconds. Hope this helps!

This is not proper behavior for the games nor for the Surface RT 1. It sounds like something has gotten corrupted in the operating system, so I would suggest doing a "Refresh but keep all my files" from the Windows Update menu in order to resolve any corruption
issues.
