    STV Player app not working for new users


    Hi,

    The STV Player app does not work for new accounts.

    I have used this app on my Xbox 360 for months.

    But trying to setup the app under a new account only shows a grey screen.

    I know that ITV have moved to a new "ITV Hub" system, so I suspect that it's something to do with this.

    Xbox Preview Program Question

    The only app I had was the preview app, it had no features apart from invite friends & unregister. Not many users had the feedback app.

    The new app seems to be working well apart from the unavailable button on the feedback app download.

    Freeview STV listing an hour out

    STV and STV HD listings are always an hour ahead. For example is currently showe Xfactor at 7pm but is actually on at 8pm! Times in GMT. As far as I can tell this is the only affected listing but might be more. I've tried resetting and clearing my one guide
    but issue is still present

    I'll double check but it only affects one channel, I'd have thought it would have affected all the channels and not just one? I will double check though! Thanks for the suggestion :D

    Do you have your gamertag and console set for a different region (country) than you live in? For example, if you live in the UK is your tag and/or console set to the US.

    In North America we just set our clock back an hour. It is possible that if you have your gamertag or console set for a different region you may be experiencing that time change in your programs.

    Hi Quentin, exists the possibility that your main user is the one corrupted if in the new user everything is working fine

    If you don’t mind please try using this new user as the main user now and share how it goes once you test it with different games, apps, etc (as usual)
