it is a simple fix, what you see on the screen is how you have adjusted your screen brightness, you need to alter the brightness in game and then raise the brightness on your screen.

you are following independent advisors who are following a script and half the time have no clue.

first set the screen defaults on the screen built in menu, then when the game is running go into settings and adjust the brightness to a lower point, then increase the screen brightness to suite. as the screen recording comes from the gpu not what you see on screen.

or use obs studio which is free and is better for recording.

II PARALLAX II

I realize it gives the illusion of "brightness" and all....but it's really just making your TV screen white where the flashlight is....so it's not actually blindingly bright
