I wasn't sent to the topic, but the account is still connected.

I don't understand. Don't have a place to disconnect the account? It's even in my email, and when I press to manage the microsoft account it doesn't appear anywhere. (This in the browser). Keven, let's try this:

First sign out from Microsoft Store, then do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

After that go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts, if your work/school account is there and change sign in options or remove it entirely

That should do the trick
