    im trying to doanload apps and content and this is the third time for 3 completely different contents it as soon as I hit buy it goes to "working" and no farther

    I would really like some help please

    My headset is stuck on mute

    I'm glad I came across this! I have 2 Turtle Beach headsets and I was muting them a lot if I wasn't actively talking at the time. Now I think I might not mute them anymore!!

    Im stuck

    Same here. It was a good game, but if you played FC3, it's essentially the same thing in a new locale. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but towards the end I just wanted it to be over. Not to mention, the story was completely forgettable.

    Hey there,

    Are you able to install the content through your 'Ready to install' list within 'My games and apps'? Are you receiving a specific error code or error message when the download stops? Lastly, can you post up the results of your 'Detailed network statistics'
    through the
    Xbox One Network Settings    ? That will help us a lot!
