stuck Tortoise Toppler Achievement. HELP!

I have defeated the adamantoise three times, yet no achievement has popped. why is this, how can i actually get it to pop up.

i have the same Problem i did 96 % of the game but i did not get achievements for chapter 5,6,7 and i become the achievement for doing 80 sidequests but i did not get the achievements for doing 40 sidequests
