Stuck on "Xbox Original Avatars Installing... 0.0%" and MORE! - Weird Xbox Multiplayer glitch?

Hello,

My Xbox One is connected to the internet, but wont load in any games, or allow me fully access apps. Even more, my downloads are stuck on "Xbox Original Avatars Installing... 0.0%".

I am able to load games and apps, but cannot access any features of the games or apps. For example: When I launch Fortnite, it gets to the home page and when I try to log in, it is stuck on "Patching" loading screen. Then, when I try to load Twitch, I
can access any menu, I can see the thumbnails load, but it wont let me click on the actual stream to watch. ALSO, when I go to "My Games and Apps", all of my tabs on the left side are constantly refreshing and won't let me click them. My home screen is normal,
I can access the store. I went to test my internet, and it says its all good. I THEN went and tested multiplayer and it would not load! I believe my MULTIPLAYER is broken on my console. Is there any way to fix this?

Things I've tried: Hard resetting. Logging out and back in. Resetting Internet. Still no solution. Any ideas?

NAT type unavailable after update from insider

After I got the update from the insider program for the Xbox original avatars my Xbox’s NAT type was stuck on unavailable. I called Xbox support and they were unable to fix the problem. They suggested I post on here. I have multiples Xbox’and the other two
are working fine.

Cannot open my games and apps page, or any games.

Any game I open will close after the splash screen for a bit. I assumed a full restart and unplug would work, nope. Can’t uninstall games either since the “my games and apps” page is loading infinitely. The Xbox Original Avatars update is stuck on 0%.

Also, it lets me see who is in parties, but won't let me join open parties.

I'm having the exact same problem, even with the avatars that won't instal. It's started 2 days ago and I can't find an answer anywhere.

I dont think the multiplayer is broken although I will say im still getting glitches like that weird black box glitch and teammates getting stuck in random places

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your console.

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions.

- To clarify, is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

- Is this also happening with disc games?

- Could you go to Settings > General > Network settings and tell me what you see under "current network status"? Your network's name is not necessary.

- Just for confirmation, have you already tried a soft factory reset, or checked for system updates?

- Have you tried installing a game or app while your external hard drive is unplugged from the console? sometimes external storage units can cause this kind of problem even if they are not selected as the default install location.
