stuck on update,,, should be investigated

hello. are you doing this in purpose so we would buy new xbox console? I saw many complains about after doing the update, the xbox wont work again. I think you should be investigated. you are doing something fishy. our consoles works perfectly but
as soon you give us updates it wont work again, is it not ovious? I think this matter should be investigated and should be heard I all kinds of media,

That would make little sense, I'm afraid. If that is the case, even newly bought consoles would be harmed. Bad updates do happen, and Microsoft does its best to find the problem and fix them as soon as possible.

Thanks for bringing your issue to our attention. I understand you're having trouble with a recent system update to your console? Take a look at his support article:

“I need help with system updates on my Xbox One”. If you are unable to launch your dashboard at all you might want to try resetting your console to factory defaults by accessing the troubleshoot screen manually. Like so: ( I recommend "Keep my Games & Apps"
first)

Depending on how recently your Xbox One console was last updated, you may be able to perform a "Restore to factory defaults" using the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. To see if this option is available on your console, follow these steps:

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Remember you'll need your Microsoft Account email and password to recover your profile after a reset.

Ive done everything there is on the website. In the end my console needs to be fixed they said. But b4 the update i was playing ang having no problem. Then came the update and boom!!! Cant play anymore. I just bought black ops 4. hate this.

 

I cant even reset my console.it goes back to stucked update then goes back to the something went wrong screen,,dunno now what to do, cannot play black ops 4. think might change to ps4 coz I saw a lot of this kind of complains and its a litte bit fishy.
coz as u see this minute I was playing a game and then comes the update, and boom cant play, cant update and cant even reset my xbox one.. and ive just bought black ops 4..frustrating? hell yeah!!!!I ll give it a day or 2 and if I cant fix this, ill do my
best so this at this will be heard. thnx for the time.
