    So, I have just downloaded human fall flat to play with my friends and I have been stuck on the start screen for 20 minutes. I have looked it up many times and have not seen anyone with the same problem I have encountered. I have tried deleting it, restarting my PC, and verifying the files, and nothing has worked. So if anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    It sounds like there could be a conflict with IP address's or something network related. Are you both using the same network? What does the Xbox Live test show under Settings>Gaming?

    Have you made sure that Windows and the Microsoft Store is up to date? I would also run the troubleshooter to find any issues Start button, and then select Settings >
    Update & Security >
    Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
