stuck on security screen?

I've had this Xbox for years and had no problems until a few months ago. Whenever I try to sign into my account, a window pops up saying 'Your account needs to be more secure. This is the only way we can send you security codes:

Can you get messages there?" and it's impossible to get past. If I press 'Yes, this one works', and add a new number or email, it says I need to verify it and when I do it doesn't register it. if I re-enter the number/email it still says I need to verify
it. If I click 'Cancel', the window closes for a few seconds then opens back up. What do I do? (My gamertag is alyssakitt11)

Hmm.... I've never heard of a security info details change before, so this is new to me.

What happens if you try and log-in here:

Generally that is the link where you update security information yourself, can you sign-in or do you get an error?

 

Stuck in security loop

I lost my old security info details so i requested a new one which takes 30 days. In the meantime it says I can continue to use my account however whenever I try to sign in I get stuck in a loop with the message 'Did you request a security info change'?
I click 'Yes this was me'. Then I click 'Next' to continue using my xbox one account, but it throws me back to the 'Did you request a security info change'? page. Getting really annoyed with it. Anybody got any tips on how I can get on my xbox?

 

The verification servers are bugged. Verification emails aren't being sent in timely fashion, either
