Stuck on "Remember password?" screen on Xbox 360 after entering password

Everyone here's a solution that might work. Whenever you sign into your profile after you download it, wait a few minutes. It might be your internet speed. Also make sure you don't hit the home button while waiting cuz that'll fowl you up. If you do, delete
your profile and re-download it without hitting the home button.

I am having this same problem. Bought a used system, cleared it entirely, loaded my profile, won't go past the remember password screen

Yes. First delete the account and then you will be able to redownload it and then get in another loop on the "remember password" screen. From there you have to VERY QUICKLY unplug the ethernet / turn off the wifi and reconnect as quick as possible.
Once it reconnects the box will not be grayed out and you can get passed the screen. This is the only thing Ive found to work and it is temporary. You have to do it every time you log in until this is patched. (If this is patched)

Does it work every time you do this method? Does it work if you skip the part of deleting/redownloading the profile, and just quickly disconnect the wifi?

Is there nothing we can do about this?

I tried on 2 different xbox 360's with 4 different profiles (different famy members) and so far it looks like the problem occurs on the profiles that have 'remember my password' unselected. I can't find a way to select 'remember my password to see if that
will fix the problem because it'll either get stuck in the loop or log straight in (after getting in by fluke) without allowing me to select 'remember my password' and clicking next.
