    Hi everyone,

    I have seen other posts relating to this but none have solved my solution. I have done the following:

    Download the Xbox App on iPhone 12 mini and iPad Pro (2016?) both have the same issue.After loading the app, I press My Library> Get Started > Add an Existing Console > Next > Connect to your xbox (looks for the gamertag) > then is stuck on "Press "Enable" on your console.

    Power mode - Instant on

    On ym Xbox I have enabled remote features, my Xbox app preferences are 'Allow connections from any device, Allow Play To Streaming and Allow game streaming to other devices'

    What else can I do to get this to work..?

    The procedure is the same for connecting the control on the console: enable the Bluetooth of the phone and press the button on the front of the control.

    Given that your game simply gets stuck on the splash screen, and you (possibly) don't get any error codes, let's try a few things. First, follow these steps:

    1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

    2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

    3. Connect it to wall again.

    4. Turn it on.

    5. Try to run the game and see if the issue has been resolved.

    If the game doesn't work, check your Video Settings, and disable HDR10, if you have it enabled.

    Appreicate if you can detailing out the "9 solution steps" you have tried. What happens when you try update using your USB memory device?

    Can you post up the make and model of your modem and router.

    Ensure that UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled on your router.

    Disconnect all devices from your router and power off your modem and router for a couple of minutes. Turn on the modem and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Turn on the router and wait another minute. Now connect only the Xbox that are having trouble
    downloading the latest system update to your router using a wired connection with your console. Turn on your console and restore network settings to factory defaults. Press "B" on your controller and Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

    Still stuck? Delete your current system update version installed on your console to see if it allow you to start dowload the latest system update properly. These steps let you delete the dashboard version installed on your console.

    Go to System Settings and choose storage.

    On your controller, press the following button sequence:

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Restart your console and try update.

    Before configure any static set-up, can you make sure UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled on your router. If disabled, tick enable, save/apply and reboot your router.

    You may also try to rollback to a previous portion of the system update. To do so!

    Turn off your console. Press and hold the sync button (the small one you use to connect your wireless controllers). While holding press the power button to turn your console on. Continue to hold the sync button until the console is booted up.

    Go to System Settings and choose storage.

    On your controller, press the following button sequence:

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    the dash board takes long to load

    Firstly, have you tried to power cycle your network equipment (modem and router). Turn them off for 2 minutes. Turn on your modem and wait for it to connect properly before connecting your router.

    Still stuck? Have you tried to reinstall the system update?

    Turn off your console. Press and hold the sync button (the small one you use to connect your wireless controllers). While holding press the power button to turn your console on. Continue to hold the sync button until the dashboard is fully loaded.

    Go to System Settings and choose storage.

    On your controller, press the following button sequence:

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.
