On the device your using hover over the application, and in a small grey transparent font it should say something like "Version:10.088.01 publisher Microsoft corporation." And if it's not up-to-date, try updating the application. If the problem you're experiencing is still persistent try uninstalling the application and re-entering your credential's. Try to reset the Microsoft Store cache as it can get corrupted and cause these kind of issues.

Step 1: Press Windows + I to open Settings and go to Apps category.

Step 2: Choose Apps & features section in the left pane. In the right pane, scroll down to find Microsoft Store and click Advanced options.

Step 3: In the new page, click Reset button and confirm the operation.

Restart your computer and check if this corrects the issue.

You can also try to reset the Xbox app, as it might solve the problem:

1. Press Win + I to open Windows Setting.
   
2. Select the Apps category. Make sure Apps & features are selected in the left pane. In the right pane, input Xbox in the search box.

I can't even play the game. It's stuck on the Title Screen, saying "Please wait...".

Mine is the same this morning. It's stuck on the loading screen displaying Please wait...

I was playing it for hours yesterday and now it won't even load! There's so many bugs and glitches in it and the lag in co-op is terrible.
